When it comes to Halloween, there’s no such thing as too much of it! It’s one of the coolest holidays to get creative and spare no creativity on decorations.

So, what we have for you today are some DIY creepy Halloween decorations that didn’t make the previous lists, but are equally awesome to try this year!

Chicken Wire
These look awesome both during the day and at night! You’ll simply cut and shape chicken wire into ghostly models, then spray paint with glow-in-the-dark paint! So easy to make and it’ll sure creep out some neighbors - if that’s your intention, you simply have to try these!
Paper Rolls + Glow Sticks
If you’d like something easier than this, I don’t know what that could be!
For this you’ll need:
- Toilet paper rolls
- Glow sticks
And it’s this easy:
Cut eye shapes out of toilet paper rolls and put a glow stick inside them. Then, place them outdoors in the middle of trees so it looks like there’s something observing whoever passes by.
Shadow Walls
I love this idea! You can either make it like in the photo or innovate with your own shadowy scenario. There’s also the option of hanging these spooky decorations on your walls, aside from the one of planting them on your garden - with stakes attached to the back of the pieces.
Important: You’ll want to use sheets of black plastic instead of paper! After all, we don’t want our decor to get ruined by rain, wind, or anything like that, right?
Black Cat Pumpkins
We’ve already talked about cool pumpkin carving ideas too, but this one requires no carving at all - and it’s still pretty awesome, right? You’ll basically apply a couple of black paint coats on the pumpkin, use black crafting foam and a white marker pen to apply the cat details. Still, for more detailed instructions, check this out!
Spooky Family Portraits
Guys, this is such a fun indoor halloween decorating idea! It may require a bit more patience to make since you need to insert the red lights into the photos, but it’s really worth it.
More than that:
It has a cool balance between “oh, this is so creepy” mixed with “oh, this is so cool”!
Ghostly Wreath
And of course, we couldn’t have a decorating list without a wreath on it! If you ever wondered “how do you make a halloween wreath?” this is one option to try - though for me this looks more cute than scary, I still love it!
