Cooking is awesome by itself, and making desserts is an art that many can develop. These particular Oreo cookie recipes are for both beginners and pros, because - and I say this with all honesty in my heart - there’s no way they could go wrong!

Oreo Cheesecake Brownies

This is not only an Oreo brownie recipe, but also a cheesecake one! The flavor combo in this mix is so delicious, plus the brownie and cheesecake colors match with the Oreos - not that it should matter that much, but it’s pretty cool. Such an easy dessert to make!

No-Bake Truffles

This is one of those no-bake recipes for the busy folks! You can either make this as an afternoon treat, a side treat for tea time, or even pack some in a cute mini bag as a party souvenir (or gift). They’re so simple to prepare, and the coconut adds a wonderful flavor to the show!

Gingerbread Oreo Fudge

With so many different Oreo flavors on the market nowadays, it’s only fair to try some different recipes as well. This is one of my favorites so far (mostly because I love fudge, but still). The marshmallow and gingerbread Oreo mixture is so tasty! It’s actually simple to put it all together, people will sure want seconds with this dessert!

And hey, maybe try this one too:

Keep the gingerbread Oreos around and prepare some Oreo stuffed snickerdoodles! They’re delicious and unique!

Oreo Stuffed Cookies

This is one of the most well-known Oreo cookie dessert recipes, and not without reason: it’s amazing! The photo above shows a peanut butter cookie stuffed with Oreos, but you could also go for chocolate chip stuffed cookies, or get creative and make your own favorite cookie recipe to stuff!

Mousse

Crushed Oreo recipes are also a thing nowadays, though most of them crush the cookies to make pie crust. This time, you’ll crush them to make a delicious chocolate mousse! And it only takes six ingredients:

  • Bittersweet chocolate
  • Heavy cream
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Sugar
  • Oreos

Most which you probably already have at home!

Dough Covered Oreos

This is similar to the stuffed cookies, but they’re not exactly cookies. The idea is to dip the Oreos in milk, wrap them with dough and then bake them! It sounds kind of weird at first, but believe me: it’s super yummy! The only other ingredient you need is powdered sugar for dusting. Really easy, right?

Oreo Churros

Even though it has the churro concept, these are not deep fried. Instead, they’re baked! If it looks a bit tricky to make these Oreo churros, just read the instructions beforehand, and it’ll all be fine. This recipe equals about 12 (totally worth it) sandwich cookies!

Ultimate Chocolate Cake

Although we’re trying to show you all the different (and infinite) possibilities for baking with Oreos, there’s no way to go through a list like this without a classic such as this amazing cake! The recipe is divided into four parts - and a fifth one on putting together all the previous four - so it’s really easy to follow the directions!

Frozen Dessert Pie

Now a recipe using Golden Oreos, how fun is that? Aside from the Oreos, you only need:

  • Cool Whip
  • White Chocolate
  • Cream cheese
  • Sugar

Since it’s a frozen recipe, that makes it perfect to cool off on warmer days! But if you’re anything at all like me, the colder days won’t stand in the way of the sweet frozen dessert tooth!

Banana Bread

This recipe was a true surprise for me when I first saw it, I never thought I’d see a banana bread with Oreos as an ingredient! Though when I started the gluten-free life, I realized there are loads of recipes with banana and avocado that don’t seem to make any sense whatsoever, but turn out delicious. So I gave this bread a chance, and so should you!

Oreo Nutella Frappuccino

I’ll give you two options to try the Oreo frappuccino twist:

  1. This Nutella, coffee, and Oreos combo
  2. This ice cream, mocha syrup, and Oreos blend

They’re both incredible, it’s up to you to prepare them and decide for yourself which one you like best! I particularly love the use of brewed espresso in the first recipe, but then again, the second one has vanilla bean ice cream...it’s a tough choice!

Ice Cream Truffles

At first, I was going to include a note for this recipe on the no-bake coconut truffles that were mentioned above, but I couldn't wrap my head around that idea. These are so wonderfully amazing they deserve their own minute in the spotlight!

You basically:

  • Cool a baking sheet for 10 minutes in the freezer
  • Scoop ice cream balls and cool again for about 20 more minutes
  • Use a spatula (or a spoon), to roll the balls into the crushed Oreos

It’s almost ridiculous how simple these are to make! You can add the popsicle stick or not, but whatever you choose, it’ll be delicious!

Bonus for the Kids: Oreo Penguins

It’s hard to go through an article filled with dessert recipes and not have a decorated one, right? Although I almost managed to do that, I chose not to (and yeah, I laughed alone while writing this). These Oreo penguins are ideal for winter time and kids will love them!

Bonus for the Grown-Ups: Oreo Jell-O Shots

I said above I couldn’t wrap my head around not having a topic for the ice-cream truffles, and now I’ll use the expression again to talk about these “Oreo shots”: I can’t wrap my head around the creativity of it!

Of course,

I say that in the best way possible, I love seeing all these baking creations! Love even more making them at home and putting my own twist to the recipes - there’s nothing like adjusting something delicious to our own taste so it’s even better!
