February 17th is National Random Acts of Kindness Day, which means all over the country you will find people exercising kindness. It’s very easy to join in, as you can use whatever time you have and however little you can afford - rest assured that will be more than enough as an act of kindness.
Kindness isn’t something we measure in size but in quantity. The simplest thing you can do something makes someone day a whole lot better, and we always welcome a good day. It’s not about getting something back, it’s about making someone’s day better and having that as its own reward.
“Kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.” (Mark Twain)

The Random Acts of Kindness foundation says:
Kindness really does start with one—one person, one act, one place, one city, one county, and one movement with one goal in mind: To make our world a kinder place one act at a time. And, every single one of us can play a part in this mission. (RAK Foundation)
