I can't possible recommend this company. They are finishing a large roof renovation project for my building, of which I am a board member. They were consistently behind schedule. They took no reasonable measures to prevent damages from occurring inside residential units. After damages were reported, they started offering to protect the furniture inside the units directly under the work area but refused to compensate residents for damages that had already happened. There was also extensive damage to ceilings (from leaks, heavy hammering and vibration during both the work and as a result of skylight removals). They are now refusing to repair or compensate us for those damages too. Do not use them. You will regret it.
