DO NOT RISK USING THIS GUY!!! He missed a major portion of my home inspection that cost me thousands of dollars. Search this business on Angi and you'll see that he has done this to others also. I reached out to him in hopes that he would make it right, but all he did was blow me off. The furnace area was marked as satisfactory which was not the case. The floor under the furnace was deteriorated making the furnace not level and hindering it from draining. Billy's negligence costs me thousands of dollars in repairs! I am going to do my best to alert as many people as I can, for as long as I can, about his work. I had his inspection report looked over by another inspector, as well as a contractor that looks at reports regularly, and they both have confirmed that it was negligence on his part and it should have easily been caught. I would steer clear of Billy Edwards and his Bricks and Sticks company, because clearly he can only review homes made with literal bricks and sticks.
