Warranty company sent BT's Top To Bottom Construction Company to fix a leaky toilet and what a joke! Technician demanded the deductible up front… maybe because I’m black… first red flag! 1. Technician was late 2. Technician arrived with multiple people in his work van (safety issue) 3. Technician walked his disgusting plumber shoes in my home 4. Technician Used my decorative towels to complete his job 5. Technician left trash in my tub and closed the shower curtain 6. Technician needed to borrow my caulk to place the toilet back WTF! 7. Toilet is still leaking! Don’t ever use this company!
