He is a total fraud . Contracted for waterproofing in my basement after the heavy rains late August. Contracted for a inside french drain and sump pump .French drain was to included a perforated drain pipe . He never installed it. Cinderder blocks that required weep holes for the water to drain , never drilled . Waterproofing membrane consisted of 2 10ft pieces of vinyl siding . Contracted for a 1/2 hp sump pump , he installed a 1/4 inch. Discharge pipe was connected to the inside drain and sewer system which is against township code and law. Specified drange rock was mostly the debris from drain excavation not dranage stone or 2B limestone as recomended. Using the contract debris will eventually harden and clog the system . Sold me a backup battery auxiliary pump and battery that he claims he would give more $600 dollors cost , no labor or other charges . Investegated the systems and the costs were less than $300 dollars a Lowes or Home Depot . I could go on but this should be enough . Paid him $3400 for his work . Had to have it totally replace for another $2900. Seeking restitution but these types always get away with this . Please remember the name . Also he was recomened by Johnstown Service Master / Johnstown Construction who have been no help in this matter .
