I am sorry that I ever met, hired or trusted Cory B. Hanlon, the owner of Exotic Environments Landscaping, LLC.. I suffered extensive property damages, and significant financial losses, because I trusted him, and ,therefore, hired him. He turned out to be unlicensed, untrained, and not qualified for the job for which he was hired, despite, and in contrast to, what he assured me when he was hired. He was subsequently cited and fined for his unlicensed activities by Palm Beach County, and sued in Civil Court for fraud, negligence, and the extensive property damages caused by his negligence...Although the case was settled with a financial settlement, it would have been much better to have never trusted or hired him in the first place! Caveat Emptor..Let the buyer beware!
