Peak Structural Inc., founded in 2002, is the leading foundation repair, concrete and crawlspace repair and waterproofing company in Colorado’s Front Range and Denver areas. Peak Structural offers a variety of home improvement services: foundation repair, crawl space waterproofing, basement waterproofing, concrete leveling, window wells and egress window installation. The company operated in a small garage off Sierra Madre Road in Colorado Springs until 2015, when the company’s growth required a move into a large warehouse in Palmer Lake, CO. The 35,000 square foot building into which Peak Structural moved acts as the only physical location for the company, from which Peak services from North Denver to the Southern Colorado border.
The foundation repair company experienced tremendous growth from 2014 to 2016, growing over 300%. The number of employees at Peak Structural grew from 25 to 76 in this short time and is now nearly 100. This growing team serves over a thousand customers each year, securing their homes and workplaces, ensuring they are healthy and safe.
