Organizing food containers doesn’t seem that hard of a job, but it’s one that we rarely get it done right. The containers themselves can be tuck into each other, smaller ones inside bigger ones, round pieces with round pieces, while squares go with squares… so we can only blame it on the lids!

Only Keep What You Really Need
As time goes by we may build up a whole lot of containers we aren’t really using, broken containers, and even containers we save from store bought food that we think can be repurposed, but end up never using them. So, I guess we can say the first thing you should do to organize your containers is put them all on the table and see which ones you really use!
Make Sure All Containers Have Lids (and Vice Versa)
Right after seeing the ones you really use, make sure every piece has a match. There’s also no reason to keep containers around if you won’t be able to properly store food without the lid - and the same goes for the lid, if there’s no container to put it on, why keep it, right?
Use Plate Racks (Or Book Bins)
Both plate racks and book bins can be used to separate lids. Simply arrange them by size and shape and there you go! The perfect organizer!
Use a Hidden Magazine Rack
A magazine rack can be a life saver if you have enough space to install one on the back of your Tupperware section door. It’ll be easier to find everything, and easier to take out the container you need without making a mess inside the cabinet!
Install a Pull-Out Drawer
If you have a big family, you probably have maany containers to use. In this case, you can consider installing a pull-out drawer so no containers will get lost at the back of the cabinet (you know, those you find once a year when doing a deep cleaning process and then you go like “oh, so THAT’S where you were!!”).
